IMPORTANT SWIM TEAM PARTY INFO

Hi there!

PARTY REMINDER

The party is TOMORROW. There will be pizza, fruit, veggies, dessert, and drinks! Come hungry! The party will start at 8pm and go to 10:30pm. Just so you are aware, the first hour we are overlapping with the public. Immediate family only.

Awards from County and the coaches will be in the party room for swimmers to pick up.

Just so you know, we will have a lifeguard checking everyone in at the front. This is where you will need to get a wristband in order to enter the party.

If you have not finished your hours, you will need to pay the volunteer fee in order to attend the party. $50 per 4.5 hours - or we can prorate it based on how many hours you have left.

The volunteer hours should be up to date as far as what have been reported to me. Please give this another look to make sure your hours are complete so you can attend the party. The last column labeled DONE will say "yes" if your hours are completed and "No" if your hours are not complete.
