LAST ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE BLOG

Hello everyone! Please note that Team Unify will now replace this blog as well as the use of Gmail, and all Google Docs. This change will be effective beginning on Tuesday, July 3 , 2018. All communication, registration for meet events, and job sign ups will all be done through Team Unify. Every Lindon Storm family should have an account set up on Team Unify and should have received an invitation email to log in and create a username and password. If anyone has not received this email, please email lindonswimteam@gmail.com with the following information so that we can create an account for those missing families:

Parents first and last names
Parents mailing addresses
Parents email addresses
Parents cell numbers
Swimmers first and last names
Swimmers birth dates

Once families create a username and password, they can log in at any time to view all their account information, check calendar events, look up meet results, review meet events past and upcoming, register swimmers for meet events, signup for volunteer meet positions, receive team emails, and contact team coaches and administrators. In order to use Team Unify correctly and effectively, all families MUST have an account and update the swimmers' birth dates. We have entered all families information that we currently have, although we need birth dates to complete this process. For those families who were unable to register for today's meet using Team Unify, please email us as soon as possible with the information listed above. Our goal is to have everyone's information by Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

Team Unify improves communication, aids in time management, provides more parental control, and all information is wrapped up in one website. It is a wonderful program that when setup properly is an effective tool in managing a swimming team. We are doing the best we can to improve the quality of the Lindon Storm Swim Team, but we need everyone's help to get started!

Introducing Team Unify!

Hello everyone! We are happy to announce that we will be implementing Team Unify into our program this summer. This is a swimming program that will help increase communication between, parents, and swimmers, where all announcements and news will be posted, meet schedules will be listed, and times for swimmers will be recorded. Team Unify also offers the ability for parents to declare their swimmer's commitment to meets, register for events, sign up to help at home meets, and display meet results with the aid of the On Deck App. Team Unify will replace the blog that the team currently uses.

Everyone will be receiving an email login invitation to create a login for your account. As soon an account is created for your family, you will be able to update all contact information for both parents and swimmers. This will be vital in communicating with your family, so please make sure all phone numbers, mailing addresses, and emails are up-to-date. Also, please make sure that your swimmer's birth dates are inputted as that will help identify the swimmer with their times.
