County Meets

The Bronze meet will be held on July 27th from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm (warms ups from 7:00 am - 7:30 am, and the meet starts at 8:00 am) at the Pleasant Grove Pool. 
The Silver meet will be held on August 2nd from 2:00 pm - 8:30 pm (warms ups from 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm, and the meet starts at 3:00 pm) at the Lindon Pool. 
The Gold meet will be held on August 3rd from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm (warms ups from 7:00 am - 7:30 am, and the meet starts at 8:00 am) at the Lindon Pool.

Please carpool if you can. The parking for the Silver and Gold meets will be very limited. Parking is available at the Community Center, the lot across from the pool, the gravel parking area by the arena at the park, and at the Lindon City Park parking lot below the pool. Do not park in the parking lot at the pool. The pool will still be open so that parking lot will be reserved for paying customers.

July 13 - Swim Meet (Lindon vs Springville)

This Saturday at the Lindon Pool. Warm-ups are at 7:30 am and the Meet starts at 8:00 am. It should last about 3-4 hours. 

Swimmers NEED to show up at warm-up time so that they can pick up their event cards (a parent volunteer will be handing them out at the volunteer check in table), check in with the coaches, and then get in the pool and warm-up for their races.

Designated Practice Hours

Parents,

We are not allowed to let your swimmers swim in a practice hour other than the one they are signed up for. If they are going to miss their practice hour because of a class, appointment, sleeping in, etc... they cannot change practice hours. They will just have to miss a day of practice. 

If this is confusing, think of it applied to other city league sports. You would not put your beginning basket ball player in advanced one day to make up for not being able to go to their regular class, or switch your intermediate baseball player into beginning baseball team for one day. They would not be at the same level, thus holding back the other children and being a distraction to the rest of the team. The same applies to swim team.

No Practice - July 4th

There will be no swim practice held on July 4th. Swim practice will be held on July 5th; we will be doing games, relays, and dives.
