Hi there!
First and foremost please sign up for
County Meets if you have not yet done so! We need entries ASAP! Please
double check your entries to make sure the right swimmer has been
marked. Please do this on a computer not a phone. Let us know if there
any problems.
VOLUNTEER HOURS
Below
is a document of the hours that have been reported. I know we are
missing a lot of hours for many of you on this document. Please email me
and let me know your hours you've volunteered. These
volunteer hours, as stated in the parent packet, (4.5 hours per swimmer
- with 12 hour cap) are required for you and your swimmer(s) to be able
to attend the end of the season party. We still want you all to attend so if
you are not close to meeting the hour requirement you can volunteer as a
timer or stroke judge at the county meets, bring food to the end of the
season party, help plan and carryout games at the party, and donate to the swim team fund. Donations are going toward raising money to purchase a computer for swim team so we can run our home meets more efficiently.

COUNTY MEET VOLUNTEERS
D-14 Officials at the county championships. All
teams must supply 2 officials to help at the county meets. Officials
must attend the pre-season officials clinic offered at the beginning of
the season. Failure to provide officials may results in a team being unable to participate in the final championship meets.
In addition we would like to have each team provide two timers per championship meet.
If you are in need of hours, please sign up on this Google doc to volunteer at the county meets >>
Best,
Coach Kristi
