Lindon Storm Swimmers and Parents,
We are so excited for the season to start! Just over a week before the first day of practice!
2017 Lindon Storm Swim Team Roster
Below is a link to the final rosters (for now), please take a look at it.
Swimmers names at the bottom and in red are those from the wait list that can now register for swim team. Please go to the pool to register your child. They will have a list of those that can register and pay the fee.
**There may still be some shifting around as swimmers drop or coaches feel a swimmer would be better in a different group. Please be aware that assigning each child to a particular group is at the discretion of the coaches, swimmers will be moved to groups appropriate for their skill level if needed.

If your swimmer's name is not on the roster, please be aware that we still have your names on the wait list. The first week of practice we usually still have a few drop so spots may still open up. However, I'd recommend looking at other swim teams in the valley who may still have openings for the summer. We wish we could accommodate everyone, but with the size of the pool and the coaching staff, there is a limit. We hope everyone has a wonderful summer and will look for us next year!
A Note On Attendance
This year we had long wait lists for each group. We are growing as a team! There are many who would love to swim this summer, unfortunately we do have a max. Swim team is a commitment to come to practice and the meets. We understand there are family vacations and other circumstances that arise that may impede a swimmer from coming.
Please keep us informed and notify us beforehand if your swimmer will be missing practice. If your swimmer is absent for more than a few days and we don't know why, you will be contacted. If absences continue, your swimmer will be removed from the roster so swimmers on the wait list can be added to the team. We do keep attendance and we ask that swimmers do not miss more than 2 weeks of practice. If you have any concerns about this, please email me or talk to me directly, we are more than happy to work with you.
According to the Parks and Rec Refund Policy, "Refunds which are received before program/season start dates are eligible for a full refund minus a mandatory $10 administrative fee. Refund request received after the swim season start dates, but before half of the program/season has elapsed may be eligible for 50% refund minus a mandatory $10 administrative fee. Refund request received after half of the season has elapsed are not eligible for refunds."

If you have not viewed or received the Parent Packet for 2017, please click on the link below and read through the document.
- A reminder on swim gear, please make sure your child has the correct swim gear (appropriate swim suit, goggles, cap, and fins) Caps are required for girls (unless hair is not past the ear) and optional for boys unless their hair length is past their ears. Please see parent packet for more details on gear.
- Please be aware that if your child does not have last year's swim suit, you will need to go to Poco Loco to purchase this year's team suit and equipment. This is a requirement as being a member of the team. We have a team deal on them so just let them know you are on Lindon Swim Team.
- Last years suit was discontinued, so please make sure that you either have last years suit or this years. We have team caps available for purchase at the pool's front desk. See the parent packet for any other questions about gear.
