Hello Swim Team Parent Volunteers,
Thank you so much for being willing to volunteer to assist the swim team this year! As volunteers, we need your help in making sure that the meet runs smoothly and efficiently, so a big thank you to each of you!
Also, if your child has not signed up yet for the meet please do so through the blog asap!
We also are still in need of a few positions to be filled they are the yellow highlighted sections. We could always use more help. If you haven't filled your hours yet, please email me and let me know what position you'd like. First come first serve. Even if you've filled your hours we'd still love your help!
***Please report any hours you've completed to me through email***
We need to have everything set up before 6:45am. The meet needs to be over by 12pm because the pool is then open to the public. If you want to swim after and play, you will need to exit the facility and pay the entry fee.
Below is who I have that signed up for the following positions. Please see below for the volunteer positions and what is expected of you. Also look for the asterisks ** because this will tell you any specifics we need you to do or know for the meet.
Most meetings/training for volunteers will take place while your children are warming up in the pool, another reason to get here early so you can help your child get ready and then come to your specific meeting. If you are volunteering for this meet, try and be here at 6:15am.
