If you're still in need of hours please contact me and we would gladly find some way you can help. Ex. Tate will be gone next week and we'd love some extra hands on deck to keep swim practice running smoothly or we could have you help at the end of the year party.
Attached below is an excel sheet of what I have from our sign in and out sheet for volunteers at our home meets and the total hours accumulated. There are some who have volunteered but I don't have your hours down. Please email me back with an estimated number of hours you've volunteered. I'm going off of the honor system here so please be honest.

Katie Patten will be sending out a sign up for the end of the year party so you can contribute, so be looking for that!
These volunteer hours, as stated in the parent packet, are required for you and your swimmer to be able to attend the end of the year party. 4.5 hrs per swimmer with a 12 hour cap per family. We appreciate your involvement thus far during the season and at the swim meets! We couldn't have had those home meets without you!
If you cannot for some reason fulfill this requirement, please talk with me. We are willing to work with you. We want all our swimmers to be able to attend the end of the year party!
