Volunteers NEEDED

Dear Parents,

We are looking for volunteers to sign-up for the 7/25 Bronze Meet which will be held at Lindon Pool. Set-up starts a 1:00 pm, Warm-ups start at 2:00 pm, and the Meet starts at 3:00 pm.

We have many positions which need filled, and below is a sampling of those available. Most shifts are split in two for your convenience.

Please open the following Google Doc by clicking on the link below, and email back positions/times that you would like to sign up for, or see us volunteer coordinators tomorrow morning, Thursday July 19, from 7:30-9:30 am, out front of the Lindon Pool to sign-up. 

Positions Needed:
  • Set-up Help
  • Duct Tape Setup Help
  • Head Referee
  • Event Caller
  • Event Announcer
  • Pool Rules Enforcer
  • Bullpen Runner and Organizers
  • Finish Judge/Heat Ribbon Recorder
  • Finish Ribbons
  • Program Selling Help
  • Pass Food Out to Officials/Coaches Help
  • Clean-up Help
  • and numerous Backup Volunteers to be ready as well as Backup Stroke Judges.

In addition, if you can help with passing ribbons out in the first two hours this Thursday (7/19) and Friday (7/20) during our practices, please let us know.
