End of the Season Party
We are so proud of all of our swimmers and the hard work they've put in this summer! Be sure to come to our end of the season party as the reward you deserve! It's going to be a blast!
We will be holding the end of the year party August 5th from 7- 9 pm or dusk. We will be playing games, eating food, watching an end of the year slide show, and giving out awards. If you have any good pictures of your swimmers and would like them in the slide show please send them to me by tomorrow at 4pm.
Remember, only immediate family is invited to the end of the year party. So no cousins, friends, etc...Only siblings and parents.
If you have not completed your volunteer hours or are unsure of how many you've done, please contact me, I have a list. These volunteer hours, as stated in the parent packet, (4.5 hours per swimmer - with 12 hour cap) are required for you and your swimmer(s) to be able to attend the end of the year party. We still want you all to attend so if you are not close to meeting the hour requirement, you can bring food, help at the party with games, and donate to the swim team fund. Donations are going toward raising money to purchase the Meet Manager software to help run meets so we don't have to use the "old school" method with swim cards. Most of the other teams are using Meet Manager so the meets are seeded ahead of time.
Attached are the results from Saturday's meet. We are super proud of each of you! You all swam great! The head coach for PG came up to me and told me our swimmers look really good this year :) Nice work!
